1953 Construction began on a new building for Evans-Nordby Funeral Home in Osseo
1954 New facilities of Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, at 1st Avenue East and 2nd Street North, Osseo, were opened with a spacious chapel, family visitation areas, and a casket selection room
1961 Keith L. Nordby and Charlotte H. Nordby built and opened a second Evans-Nordby Funeral Chapel at 6000 Brooklyn Boulevard, Brooklyn Center
1970 Thomas J. Weber joined the staff of Evans-Nordby Funeral Home after receiving his License to Practice Mortuary Science
1972 Evans-Nordby Osseo Chapel completely remodeled and enlarged, doubling the size of the original facilities; also added a funeral home parking lot across the street
1982 Kent H. Nordby received his License to Practice Mortuary Science and joined the staff of Evans-Nordby Funeral Home
1988 Tina E. Schutz received her License to Practice Mortuary Scince and joined the staff of Evans-Nordby Funeral Home
1990 Kent H. Nordby and Thomas J. Weber purchased Evans-Nordby Funeral Homes from Keith L. Nordby and Charlotte H. Nordby
1993 Evans-Nordby Funeral Home in Osseo is again remodeled, creating two spacious chapels for visitations and service and an expanded office space
2008 Asta Knoll and Brittney Chase joined the staff of Evans-Nordby Funeral Homes after receiving their License to Practice Mortuary Science
2011 Kent H. Nordby retired and Thomas J. Weber became the sole owner of Evans-Nordby Funeral Homes, Inc.
