Amanda Victoria Carter, age 46, passed away unexpectedly on April 11th, 2022 in North Memorial Hospital in Robbinsdale, MN. Preceded in death by her husband Michael Richard Carter and her father David Lynn Winter. Amanda was a strong caring soul that has touched so many lives. Her choice to donate in the end has given so many people a chance at life. May her gift be a light for everyone in this dark time of loss. Amanda is survived by her Stepson Ryan Elroy Carter (18); Mother; Elizabeth J Winter (66); Brother Kristoffer Ryan Winter(39) and his family Kate (39) and Aurora (14); Beloved dog Jaz; Father-in-law Dick Carter and wife Patrice; Mother-in-law Rochelle Heichert and husband Herb; Brother-in-law Steve Carter and wife Leslie; Niece Lauren MacLeod and Husband Drew; Brother in law Greg Carter; Sister in law Patty Silvey and husband Brian; Nephew Brandon Ten Eyck; Niece Erika Ten Eyck; Niece Kayla Ourada and husband Keith; and countless other family and friends. Services will be held April 19th at Evans Norby Funeral Home 34 2nd St NE, Osseo, MN 55369. Family will be gathering at 10am while visitation will start at 11am to 2pm.
Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next. Evans-Nordby was recommended to us by our Priest and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I talked to Tina on the phone I could tell we were in good hands as she took care of every detail.
