Betty Murphy, age 95, of Brooklyn Park and formerly of St. Louis Park, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2020 surrounded by family. Formerly part of the Satin Dolls Dance Line, Past President of the Rosary Society at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, and former nurse at Westwood Nursing Home, St. Louis Park. Preceded in death by husband, Willard “Bud” (a St. Louis Park Fireman). Survived by children, Patrick (Sheri) Murphy and Peggy (Paul) Warren; grandchildren, Brettany, Bryce, Cody, and Patrick, Jr.; and 4 great grandchildren. Private services Interment Ft. Snelling National Cemetery. Memorials preferred to Park Nicollet Hospice.
Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next.
