Obituary for Chad D. Miller

Age 50, of Victoria. With his loving wife and family by his side, he peacefully passed away after battling the evil of cancer.

Chad was born in Minneapolis and grew up in Brooklyn Park, MN. He graduated from Park Center Highschool in 1991.

He went into the Airforce in 1992 where he was a crew chief on F15 jets. After four years in the Airforce, he started working at Northwest Airlines (Delta) and continued at Delta for 25 years.

Chad was full of adventure, spirit, and always up for a good time.

Traveling, hunting, fishing, and cabin life where some of his favorite things, but his wife Lynn was his most favorite.

Chad and Lynn met at a New Year's Eve party in 1990, and got married in 1992 and had a full 31 years of marriage.

The last year of his life Chad and Lynn lived life to the fullest with traveling and spending this last winter in Florida, where Chad had a smile on his face every day. He was able to enjoy his favorite thing...fishing on the ocean.

Chad loved making new friends, and would talk to everyone, so making friends was never a problem.

He was surrounded by so many loving friends and family who all can tell a "Chad" story or two.

He will be terribly missed, but his memory will live on in our hearts because that is what Chad did...he put a mark on your heart

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next. Evans-Nordby was recommended to us by our Priest and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I talked to Tina on the phone I could tell we were in good hands as she took care of every detail. We met with her the next day and she went through all the aspects of what we were to expect in the coming days, weeks, then months ahead. Every employee we had contact with at Evans-Nordby was kind, compassionate and extremely professional. Thanks Tina and to all at Evans-Nordby for making an unbearable experience at least tolerable.
