Obituary for Curtis L. Robb

Curtis was born May 13, 1958 on a military base in Tokyo, Japan to Omar & Delores Robb. He grew up in LaVista, NE. When he was 18, he joined the Air Force & became a fireman. When he left the Air Force, he went to college at the University of Nebraska in Lincoln where he received a Bachelors in Industrial Engineering. He also received a Masters of Business (MBA) at Colorado Technical University.

He was married to Lisa Robb & was a proud father to Tyler, his son & his two stepdaughters, Becky & Shannon.

He has two siblings, Bert Robb of Minnesota & sister, Linda Robb Sabatka of Nebraska

He lived in Carmel, IN & worked for Mitsubishi & Belden cable. He loved dog training & had dogs Scooby & Uber that he competed in dog Schutzhund competitions.

He moved to Minnesota to be closer to family. He became a “Senior Quality Engineer” & contracted for various companies. He loved the outdoors, ice fishing & deer hunting with his brother Bert.

His wish was to be buried by the farm in Campbell, NE, where he spent the happiest summers of his childhood. His burial will be this July 2025.

Survived by son Tyler; stepdaughters, Becky and Shannon; his brother, Bert & sister, Linda.

Memorial Service 2 PM Wednesday, January 8, 2025, with Visitation 1-2 PM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo, MN 55369. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to the family.

Burial will be in Campbell, NE in July.
