Age 82, of Brooklyn Park, passed away on November 15, 2023.
David was a Military Vet and served in Vietnam and Cuban Missile Crisis. He retired after 35 years as an electrical engineer. His hobbies were his family, two classic cars, wood projects, hunting\fishing, jeeping in Arizona and helping anyone who needed something.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lyle & Ella Wilson; and sister, Carolyn (Roger) Marks.
David is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Mary Ellen; children, Kimberly (Jason) Thompson, and Craig (Vonda) Wilson; grandchildren, Jacob (Julia) Thompson, Abigail (Sam) Penders, Joseph Thompson, Mikaela (Garret) Pearson, Reid, and Lindsey (Noah); great granddaughter, McKenna Pearson; brother, Thomas (Dorothy); as well as other relatives and friends.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 10AM at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 9100 93rd Ave N., Brooklyn Park. Visitation one hour prior to Mass. Mass will be livestreamed for those who cannot attend in person. https://vimeo.com/event/3888932/8091c568f7
