Peterson, Delores Mae

age 87, of Maple Grove, MN was born on July 16, 1933 in Cass Lake, MN and passed away after a difficult fight with lung cancer and COPD on January 10, 2021. She is preceded in death by her husband, Wallace E. Peterson Jr.; parents, Bessie & Melvin Newstrand; sister, Ginny Newstrand; and brothers, Clifford Newstrand & Dan Newstrand. She is survived by her daughter, Amanda Kentzelman (Richard); son, Steve Peterson (Dore’); granddaughter, Cassie Korzendorfer (Tom); grandson, Chris Kentzelman; granddaughter, Taylor Peterson; granddaughter, Jordan Peterson; great-granddaughter, Vi; great-granddaughter, Jaelynn; sister, Patricia Thill (Dick); brothers, Richard Newstrand and Ron Newstrand (Sandy). She will be greatly missed. A private family celebration of her life will be held in Washington in the future.
