George A. Koolmo, age 78, of Champlin. Passed away July 8, 2023. Preceded in death by his parents, Clifton and Lolita Koolmo. Survived by Roxanne, beloved wife of 36 years; son, Graham (Camille) Koolmo; daughter, Gwen (Jason) Granquist; brothers, Ron and Ken (Karen) Koolmo; grandchildren, Bella, Mija, Stella and many other relatives and special friends.
Celebration of Life service Tuesday, July 18 11:00 am at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd St. NE, Osseo. Visitation one hour prior to service. Memorials preferred to the Animal Humane Society, Golden Valley and the Parkinson’s Foundation.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
