Gerry was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and Mary was terrific gardener and artist.
Due to Covid, there were no services held for Mary in 2020, so we are celebrating the lives of both Gerry & Mary on Sunday, December 8, 2024, with a visitation from 3-6 PM and a Time of Sharing at 4:30 PM at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center.
Gerry & Mary are survived by their children, Theresa, Jean, Patrick, and Monica; grandchildren and great grandchildren; Gerry's brothers, Jim and Robert; Mary's siblings, Jan, Jerry, Evie, Duncan "Bud"; and many other relatives and friends.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding our family with planning the funeral and went out of her way in finding the right memorial folder for my husband. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.
