Obituary for Jeanne Trombley

Jeanne Patricia Trombley age 83, passed away of cancer on July 29 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

Jeanne was born October 6th, 1934 and lived in Rogers (Hassan) all her life. She was a loving and dedicated wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by her family and all who knew her. She was baptized, made her First Holy Communion, was confirmed and married in St. Walburga Catholic Church (now Mary Queen of Peace) in Hassan. She was an expert maker of quilts and a meticulous housewife.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Eleanor Scherber and sister, Charlene Gratz.

Survived by her husband of 61 years, Harold; sons Alan (Elizabeth), Eric (Diane), daughter, Sharon (Michael) Hedman; grandchildren, Nicholas (Hailey), Susanna, Claire, Jack, and Samuel Trombley; Joel, Paul, Stephen and Serena Hedman; Kristina and Megan Trombley; brother Joseph (Diane) Scherber, and sisters Carolynn (Allen) Masson and Letha (Michael) Hinman, sisters-in-law Sherrill Betlach and Marlene Trombley, and many nieces and nephews.

Mass of Christian Burial, Friday, 8/3, 11AM, Mary Queen of Peace Catholic Church (St. Martin Campus), 21304 Church Ave, Rogers. Visitation Thursday, 8/2, 4-8PM and 1 hour prior to service at Church.

The family would like to thank North Memorial Hospice for seeing to her comfort and Touching Hearts at Home for 24 hour daily care giving.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to the Mary Queen of Peace Church or CROSS Food Shelf in Rogers.
