Obituary for Jessica Jean Wagner

Jessica Jean Wagner, 34, was found peacefully passed away on September 22, 2023. She was born in Minneapolis on June 8, 1989.

She graduated from Spring Lake Park High School in June of 2007 and was currently taking college courses and doing well.

Jessica's beauty and grace brightened every room she entered. She was so creative. She loved music, drawing, crafts, Batman, and "fixing" things. She earned the nickname "Tinker Bell" because she tinkered with everything. If she couldn't fix a broken item she would create something beautiful from the broken pieces. Most of all, she loved and adored her kids. She was a good friend to many and loved with so much passion.

Jessica is survived by her father, Hugh Rohrbacher, Jr. (Lucie); her mother, Penny Frounfelter (Steve); her children, Morgan Wagner, Kalo Wagner, and Aubrie Wagner and their father, Dustin Wagner (Sarah); siblings, Jeremey Hippen (Kristi), Andy Rohrbacher, Sean Rohrbacher (Ashlee); bonus siblings, Nicole Frounfelter (Jay), Jacob Frounfelter (Lilly), Jenna Frounfelter, Chris Hemsworth (Tammy), Kelly Hemsworth (John), and Cody Hemsworth; grandpa, Hugh Rohrbacher, Sr.; as well as many uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, and so many loving friends.

She was preceded in death by grandparents, Yvonne Stephan (Dale), Jean Brittan (Marv), and Keith Brittan; uncles, Randy Brittan and Jeff Floyd; aunt Bobbie Brittan; and very special friend, Bronson Vondall.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding our family with planning the funeral and went out of her way in finding the right memorial folder for my husband. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.
