Obituary for John H. Tolkinen

John H. Tolkinen, age 58, died peacefully of natural causes on Tuesday, August 9. John was born in Minneapolis and cherished the many years he spent at his family’s cabin on Rush Lake in Perham, MN where he developed a love for fishing. John was an avid fan of sports; especially football, baseball, and basketball. He shared this passion with his sons, Eric, Andrew and David in their early childhood sporting events, which he often volunteer coached.

The family welcomes you to join them for a memorial service at 2:00 pm at Evans Nordby Funeral home in Osseo on Saturday, August 20, 2022, preceded by a visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.
