Obituary for Katherine Cervantes Davis

Katherine Davis of Rogers, passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 at the age of 86.

Kathy was born on February 20, 1935 in Tulsa Oklahoma, the youngest of three children to Santos and Victoria Cervantes who provided for their children by working at Oklahoma Steel Casting in Tulsa.

Kathy's early life included many shenanigans and adventures on Rockford Street in Tulsa, where she attended school.

Kathy was a loving and devoted wife, mother and grandmother. She will be remembered as a generous and strong woman who was a fierce protector of her family. She will also be remembered as the biggest Elvis fan you could ever meet, a frequent shopper on QVC and a collector of figurines. She will be dearly missed by everyone who knew her, as they were blessed to have her as a part of their lives. Those that met her will miss her crisp white shirts worn with bluer than blue, blue jeans, brighter than bright white sneakers and the scent of her perfume lingering in the air.

She is survived by: Husband: Ken Davis; Sons – Sam Davis (Victoria) and Bobby Davis (Litded); Step-Daughter – Janette Davis-Proctor (Les); Grandchildren – Alexander (Sarah) Davis, Maximus and Theodore Davis; Joshua (Carmen), Kayla and Kira Cordell. Fur Babies: Tex and Whiskers.
