Age 72, of Anoka, passed away May 24th, 2020.
Preceded in death by parents Dorothy and Henry DeValk, one brother Robert DeValk, granddaughter Bailey Sarenpa.
She is survived by her sons Jeff (Natalia) Sarenpa, Steve (Jennifer) Sarenpa; grandchildren Daniel, Thomas, Matthew, Jeffery, Christopher, Jay, Makayla, Makenzie, and Olivia Sarenpa; great-granddaughter Myri Sarenpa; sister Darlene DeValk; brothers John, Richard, and Tom DeValk; many other relatives and many friends.
Funeral service Wednesday June 3rd, 11am with visitation an hour prior to service all at Evans Nordby Funeral Home, 34 Second St NE, Osseo, MN 55369. Committal at 12:30 at Holy Name Cemetery.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
