Obituary for Maynard Wagner

Maynard Wagner, 67, of Maple Grove, MN, died Friday, September 2^nd, 2022, at Maple Grove Hospital, surrounded by family. He was born on July 2^nd, 1955, the son of the late Robert and June (Flora) Wagner. Maynard grew up in Stanley, Wisconsin, and attended the University of Eau Claire, where he double majored in Mathematics and Economics. He retired from the Osseo School District, working as a Systems Analyst. Maynard enjoyed hunting, spending time with family, and working on carpentry projects.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Roger (Sharon) Wagner.

Maynard is survived by his wife of 43 years, Janet, his son Garrett (Miamon), daughter Samantha, Grandsons Aidan, Isaac, and Isaiah, and nine brothers and sisters, Dennis Wagner, Doug Wagner, Bob (Ann) Wagner, Arden (Karen) Wagner, Gordy (Connie) Wagner, Darlys (Bob) Chapek, James Wagner, Charlene (Dale) Johnson, and many nieces and nephews.

Memorial Service 5PM Monday, September 12, 2022 at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2nd Street NE, Osseo, MN 55369 with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Light refreshments following the service.
