Michelle Ann Neumann, age 48, Coon Rapids received her Angel Wings on Friday, October 30th at home with her mom by her side, after a year-long quiet struggle with Myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
Michelle grew up in Coon Rapids, MN and graduated from Coon Rapids High School. She was a dedicated employee of Walmart for 24 years where she made many friends with her hardworking, independent, sweet spirit.
She will always be remembered for her love of cats, (Fluffers & Bailey), her love for (Mocha) her dog, unicorns, angels, and she enjoyed listening to country music. Michelle loved being Auntie and being God Mother to her niece Savannah. Michelle will be dearly missed by family and friends.
She is survived by her parents: Beverly Neumann and Bill Neumann, brother; Michael Neumann, step-brothers; Taylor Neumann, Jesse Neumann and cherished nieces Makayla Neumann (Justin Bounphalaksa), Savannah Neumann, great nephews; Ricky & Grayson, great niece; Raelynn. She is preceded in death by her grandparents; Alice Brown, Walt Neumann and her sister; Melinda Neumann. Michelle will be laid to rest next to her beloved sister at Rush Creek Cemetery.
Visitation 1-3 PM Thursday, November 5, 2020, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 34 2ndSt. NE, Osseo (Limited to 50 people at one time. You may be asked to wait outside for a little while if/when we reach 50 people. Social distancing and wearing a face mask are required.)
Memorial Service at 3 PM Thursday, November 5, 2020 at Evans-Nordby – the service will be in person and a live streamed via Zoom for those not able to join us at:

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next. Evans-Nordby was recommended to us by our Priest and I’m so glad he did. From the moment I talked to Tina on the phone I could tell we were in good hands as she took care of every detail. We met with her the next day and she went through all the aspects of what we were to expect in the coming days, weeks, then months ahead.
