Our beloved father, Raymond C. Schultenover passed away unexpectedly on October 16th at the age of 68. He was a hard-working father of 4. He resided in the same home in Maple Gove, MN for 43 years.Ray had a passion for MN sports, especially the MN Twins. Right out of high school he served his country as a proud Marine before working for Land O Lakes for the next 40 years. He retired at age 62.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents, Richard L. Schultenover and Naomia A. Schultenover.Ray is survived by his four children, Richard D. Schultenover, Gary Schultenover (Pam), Mark Schultenover (Mallory) and Anthony Ness; sisters, Geri (Larry) Retzlaff, Karine (John) Zakroczymski, Julie (Mike) Gillen; grandchildren, Isaiah, Noah, Bella, Jude, Ashton, Lincoln, Marcus, Mileena and Nevar.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
