Robert “Bob” Baker passed away peacefully and unexpectedly on Monday, May 29, 2023, at the age of 66 years old. Bob died calmly in his sleep while at the cabin with his wife of nearly 40 years and their two dogs.
Bob is survived by and will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Pam. He was a proud father to his children, Brian (Danielle) and Kailee (Ben). Bob adored being Papa to his beautiful grandchildren, Leighton and Jenson; and will be remembered by his two sisters, Pam, Brenda, and their families. He is preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Charlene.
Bob deeply cherished his time with his family and friends. He was kind, extremely intentional, and had a unique way of making everyone he met feel special. He enjoyed hunting and fishing trips, traveling with Pam, developing relationships with his clients, and relaxing with his dogs and grand-pups. Bob was generous, strong in his faith, and very hardworking.
The Baker family would be honored if you joined us to celebrate Bob’s life on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Memorial service 11 AM at Servant of Christ Lutheran Church (740 E. Hayden Lake Road, Champlin) with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be distributed across the long list of charitable organizations Bob supported prior to his passing.

I just can't say enough about the help we received in planning my husband's funeral at the Osseo Evans Nordby funeral home. It was a very difficult time and they were so caring, sensitive, helpful and very organized in making the funeral go smoothly. The funeral home in Osseo felt so welcoming and comfortable also. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding our family with planning the funeral and went out of her way in finding the right memorial folder for my husband. I would highly recommend them. Thank you all.
