Obituary for Robert "Bob" Ebert

Age 61 of Brooklyn Park.

Preceded in death by father James, brother Lynn and sister Laura.

Survived by children Jennifer, Robert Jr., Andrew and Jacob Cage; mother Rose; sister Joann (Terry) Geisler; grandchildren Stephen, Bianca, Riley, Hailey, Amelia, Olivia and Emilee; nieces, nephews and many other loving relative & friends.

Bob was active in the Osseo Lions and part of ISD 279. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, lawn work and his black lab Angie. He looked forward to coffee time on Saturday mornings with his family. Bob was a loving, thoughtful, caring person with a great sense of humor; he also had a huge heart and was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone that asked. One of his favorite hobbies was pitching in many different softball leagues, he also loved to collect antiques, tinker with electronics and enjoyed anything Elvis.

Evans-Nordby funeral chapel in Osseo, MN handled my husband’s cremation and Celebration of Life service in July of 2023. I can’t say enough positive things about all aspects of my interactions with them. They reached out to help every step of the way—from planning the Celebration of Life service, the service itself, and after care contact. Brittney was the person I primarily worked with. She was kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, organized, and had great communication skills, which greatly helped in reducing my stress level. I plan to contact Evans-Nordby soon to pre-plan my own final arrangements.
