Sharon L. Pavloff, age 75, of Brooklyn Park, passed away on February 15, 2021 while under the remarkable, compassionate care of BeeHive Homes of Maple Grove.
Preceded in death by her husband, John; parents, George and Lorraine “Toots” Steere; father-in-law and mother-in-law, John and Doris. A surviving brother, Douglas Steere, passed away after Sharon on 8/10/2021.
Over the years, our parents amassed a wealth of family, friends, and cherished memories, all while remaining deeply true to themselves, and each other. Our mom was fiercely loyal, an incredible listener, and without question an individual that found great joy giving to others. She was a strong, tenacious woman with a vibrant spirit and contagious laugh; happiest when her home was overflowing with family and friends. Above all, she was our treasured matriarch; an absolute rock for our dad, supportive mother, and outright amazing grandmother.
She is survived by her children, Christopher (Tina), Michael, Patrick (Kimberly), and Andrea (Chad); grandchildren, Jake, Michaela, Riley, Brayden, and Colton; brother, Bruce Steere, sisters-in-law, Helen Schreiber, Pat Kisch, and Carol Steere; as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, and life-long devoted friends.
Many thanks to all the caregivers who spent time with our mom this past year. Their incredible kindness, love, and attention allowed her to live her last few months with grace and dignity. We are forever grateful.
Graveside Service 2 PM Sunday, September 26, 2021, at Meadows of Hope, Hope Community Church, Rogers, MN.
I highly recommend the team at Evans Nordby. This past weekend, they assisted as we buried my mom. Twelve years ago, they assisted as we buried my dad. Brittney and the staff are so comforting, easy to work with and compassionate. They make every decision simple, and the whole process as painless as possible. I am so happy that we chose this funeral home, and encourage you to consider using them in your time of need.
