Shirley R. (Arnold) Tallman, age 80, of Brooklyn Park.

Preceded in death by husband, Archie; brother, Leland Arnold; and sister, Ruby Halverson.

Survived by children, Leonard (Stephanie) Tallman, Curtis Tallman, and Annette (Steve) Ramey; grandchildren, Jillian (Chris) Warner, Michael (Brea) Tallman, Danielle (Greg) Tanner, and Christine Tallman; 8 great grandchildren; brothers, Vernon Arnold and Willard Arnold; and sisters, Arlene Beyer and Yvonne Ward.

Service 11 AM Monday, October 30, 2017, at Hope Lutheran Church, 5200 Emerson Ave. N., Mpls. Visitation 3-6 PM Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Center, and 1 hour prior to service at church. Private interment in Holloway, MN. Memorials preferred to Hope Lutheran Church.

Our son recently passed away and of course you never expect to have to deal with this for your children so my wife and I were not only devastated but didn’t know what to do or where to turn next.
