Thomas G. Quinn, age 67 of Brooklyn Park, Mn, formerly Osseo passed unexpectedly February 13, 2021. Preceded in death by his parents, Francis and Elizabeth Quinn. Survived by siblings: Gerald (Carol), Janet Sadler (Dan) and Judy Johnson (Dan) and eight nieces and nephews and their families. Plans for a memorial to be announced at a later date.
