Obituary for William G. Swanson

William G. Swanson, age 75, of Brooklyn Center.

Born 7/28/46 in St. Paul and passed away at home on 12/16/21. Alum of North St. Paul High School, Macalester College, and the U of M Law School. Bill loved and played hockey his entire life. He spent his career as an attorney in Brooklyn Center.

Preceded in death by parents, Milton & Vivian Swanson.

Survived by his wife of 53 years, Barbara; son, Craig (Genny); sister, Linda (Kurt) Svidal; and grandsons, Jake and Luke.

Celebration of Bill’s Life 2 PM Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at Evans-Nordby Funeral Home, 6000 Brooklyn Blvd, Brooklyn Center, with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Private interment.

Memorials preferred to Bloomington Jefferson Boys High School Hockey Program, or charity of your choice.
